Mika's 2025 Release
1. What is your favorite thing about your 2025 release?
"My favorite thing about my 2025 release, Fastballs & Flirts, is the spicy lessons between the virgin and the biker. The use of the helmet as a shield between them and yet also a mirror for the FMC, is one of my favorite scenes."
2. What are your inspirations for your book?
"The inspirations for Fastballs & Flirts have definitely been Motorcycle reels, and BikeTok, specifically the BookTok comments on the videos. They all gave me such fun vibes and I couldn’t help but write something to fit what I was reading and seeing through videos and comments."
3. Why do you think representation is so important in books?
"The world needs representation, we need to have empathy and we need to understand that not everyone is the exact same. Representation is important and it needs to be understood, not just barely tolerated."
4. Any advice for people who want to publish in 2026?
"Don’t let someone else’s publishing plans make you pause yours, or push your plans back. Do it no matter what the excuses are telling you."
5. What are you most looking forward to in 2026? Any more releases on the horizon?
"Finishing up the Falling For The Angels series, two more books are planned for the series in 2026 and then more contemporary romances will follow! I’m looking forward to signing at Book Harvest Con!"
