JoJo's 2025 Release
1. What is your favorite thing about your 2025 release[s]?
"My favorite thing was readers reaching out to tell me how much they loved the book. And I also loved finally holding my first illustrated cover in my hands. 😍"
2. What are your inspirations for your book[s]?
"I take inspiration from everything—a phrase, a picture, even a setting can spark an idea. I went out this weekend and overheard two girls talking about a friend, and now I’ve got an idea for my next book."
3. Why do you think representation is so important in books?
"I believe that, as human beings, we all need to feel seen and understood—and books help us do exactly that. Stories have the power to challenge ignorance, open our minds, and remind us that, despite our differences, we are all people deserving of empathy and respect. I strongly believe that our differences should bring us together, not drive us apart."
4. Any advice for people who want to publish in 2026?
"Personally, I think the best thing you can do is find a good editor. And offering a magnet read is such a great way to grow your newsletter and let readers get to know your writing. Once they get a feel for your voice, they’ll definitely come back for more. 😊"
5. What are you most looking forward to in 2026? Any more releases on the horizon?
"I’m excited to say I’ll be working on my first collaboration! I can’t share any details just yet, but I’m really looking forward to teaming up with other authors to create something beautiful for our readers. ✨"
6. Is there anything else you would like to add?
"I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has read, bought, and shared my books. 💙 Thank you for taking a chance on my stories. It truly means the world to me. I’m forever grateful for each and every one of you! 💙"
