- Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas
- Better Not Pout by Maren Moore
- Half-Light Harbor by Samantha Young
- Food for Thought: Essays and Ruminations by Alton Brown
- Burning Down the House by Dani Galliaro
Here it all is in a pretty lil' graphic as always

How picky are you with your 5-star reads? Please share your 5-star recs as I am due for one! See you tomorrow for some gushing!
I’ve heard good things about All Boys Aren't Blue. Glad you liked it so much.
ReplyDeleteIt was such an impactful read for me!
DeleteOhh I've heard that Cemetery Boys is good!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely recommend it! Especially during spooky season to further increase the vibes
DeleteGreat list! I very much enjoyed All Boys Aren't Blue!
ReplyDeleteIt is truly a fantastic read!
DeleteDiscovering five-star reads is THE best. :) Hope you find more as this year continues on. Thanks so much for visiting my list today.
ReplyDeleteI thankfully already have two on the docket since writing this post!
DeleteI read both All Boys Aren't Blue and Cemetery Boys from your list.
ReplyDeleteThrough the years, I noticed myself becoming more and more picky with my 5-star reads. I threw those stars around way to easily back then!

I love when we can gush about books we have both loved!
DeleteI'm fairly picky with 5-star books too, but have been lucky so far this year.
ReplyDeleteCemetery Boys was a lot of fun!
I hope your 5-star luck continues!
DeleteGreat mix of books! I think I'd enjoy the Dolly Parton book!
ReplyDeleteIt was a really fascinating take on her life!

It is a great idea to see which books youl iked most. I might have to take up that one day.
I would love to see your interpretations on it!
DeleteMight take a while, though. Freebies don't come up that often and I have quite a few topics waiting.
DeleteI am pretty strict with my 5-star ratings. Like you, they have to be books that will stick with me. One of my most recent was Crossbones by C.C. Warrens, but I would recommend starting with the first book, if it interests you because that is where the storyline starts, and each book builds off the previous book.
ReplyDeleteI will absolutely have to check out this series!
DeleteI'm the same way with 5-star or "A" reviews. Even though I'm really not very familiar with her music, the Dolly Parton book does sound interesting. I'm glad you enjoyed it and all these others so much.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
It actually dives into all aspects of her life, which was really fascinating. If you are at all curious about her, I recommend it!
DeleteGreat list! I have been meaning to read Cemetery Boys for so long.
ReplyDeleteI rarely give 5 stars. I think I've only given 1 or 2 so far this year and I've read 40 books....
ReplyDeleteHappy reading! My TTT https://readwithstefani.com/authors-i-wish-were-still-writing-today/
